King Street West

Niagara is a neighbourhood in Toronto, Canada, located along and south of Queen Street West; the area was formerly working class, many employed in industries located along the CN and CP railway corridors. In recent years, it has seen an explosion of new condominium loft and row house development. The area is located close to the fashion and entertainment districts. The industrial lands of Liberty Village underwent significant redevelopment growth in 2005 and 2006. Neighbourhood Redevelopment continues today where new and revitalized buildings attempt to create a mixed-use community with residential, commercial, light industrial, and some live-work landuses. The Niagara neighbourhood also includes the grounds of Ontario Place, Canadian National Exhibition and Coronation Park.
